Caroyln Ebach: i think the best way to get financially able to study abroad is to get a scholarship, if you got some good marks, apply through your country's higher education authority or the university that you are going to attend.
Dorethea Beaston: Are you American? If so you can get financial aid to go through an American university's study abroad program. I don't think you can use financial aid if you're applying to the foreign university directly.
