Manie Labat: list the two authors in alphabetical order with asterisk next to their names. On a line bellow write *authors made equal contributionsthe format would just be a normal poster format which varies with the field/topic of your project.
Jestine Osumi: In our lab, the first author is the person presenting. Last author is the lab PI. Author(s) in the middle, those who contributed.
