Makeup? help? 11?

answers1: i think a 11 year old can wer make up but only if she will
were it appropriatly and like she can wer probaly somthing that is
light not dark or to make her look older or grown. probaly she could
were lipgloss and a little eye shadow that is all cause u dont want ur
kids to grow up that fast.

school then a little bit of shimmer is fine but if she wants to wear a
lot then she should not wear it out.
