answers1: depends about what makeup counter! i really really like mac,
they have great artists and they really know there stuff and there
products are amazing! if someone isnt immediatly coming to see you
then i would leave and go somewhere else unless they are really busy
answers2: They give really good advice and they are super friendly.
Just make sure they use NEW or CLEANED makeup applicators (mascara
wands, brushes, etc.) because (it's never happened to me) but I've
heard of a lot of people getting like skin rashes or eye infections
from utensils that haven't been cleaned every time someone different
uses it. But don't let this scare you, I've only had good experiences
at makeup counters. Good luck for you sweet 16!
